Link model card to Hugging Face paper page and add sample usage

This PR improves the model card by:
- Linking the research paper to its Hugging Face papers page: https://huggingface.co/papers/2606.23514
- Adding a Python API usage code snippet directly from the GitHub repository to help users run the model.
